We have COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST opportunities in Montgomery, AL company specializing in healthcare and commercial receivables.
Job Description:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a busy call center
- Assisting in the resolution of overdue balances
- Setting up acceptable terms of payment arrangements
- Process payments via EFT or credit card
- Self-motivation and strong communication skills
Our Collections Specialist position is:
Full-time
Days of Operation: Monday – Friday
Hours of operation: 8:00-5:00
Compensation: Based on Experience
